I personally learnt so many things at Navlin Data team. I worked for around 2 years there, but I really enjoyed my time. I think the review given above is a complete personal opinion as it does not apply to all the employes worked there. All the operational managers and team leads in Navlin Data are better than many other places andI would say you would actually feel friendly working along with them. Compared to my previous experience, it was really nice. People should not share reviews based on personal grudges. It should always be about professional environment. I AM happy for I AM part of the eversana. And like to spend more time with eversana. Friendly environment, it will be more good if we can add some points in the environment like new joiney comfert, good and proper training,. Etc

Not proper training for new one joiney, seniors puts pressure on new joiney. And it feels like we are in pressure zone without anyone assist us.

Apart from the salary nothing is worth talking about.

They can fire you anytime behind the facade of restructuring. Manager will keep you in the dark till the last moment. Use and throw approach. Career growth is next to none. Few others I knew had been laid off in a day's notice. Worst company to work for. If you want to endanger your future then please do join this company, else it is not worthy.
